Q3 earnings season has kicked off! Let’s look into it with Brett Witkowski in this Weekly Update! 

Morgan Stanley shares jumped 7% after beating estimates for its quarter profit and revenue. On the other hand, ASML stock plummeted after accidental early earnings were released, lowering the 2025 forecast. J.B. Hunt also saw revenue and earnings fall again in Q3. 

Overall, we have seen banking and finance with bright spots, chips and transport with a soft spot, and the highlights of expectations on earnings. We look forward to seeing more about this earnings season.
