As you may or may not be aware, United Property & Casualty Insurance Company (UPC) has elected to no longer continue to conduct business in Florida and in turn will be non-renewing all their 140,000 insurance policies in the state.

Please don’t allow this to be cause for concern… Slide Insurance will acquire the non-renewed UPC policies.

If your policy is acquired by Slide, your new Slide Insurance coverage will begin immediately after the non-renewal of your UPC policy and will continue to provide coverage through the expiration of your current policy term. After the current term, Slide Insurance will offer a renewal with substantially similar coverage and premium as the non-renewed UPC policy. No action on your part is required.
